Profile
Occupation: I am an ordained pastor with the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN) with Headquarters in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. My area of interest is in EcoTheology especially exploring how the church is responding to the effects of climate change and other environmental problems in Nigeria.

Academic journey: Plateau State Polytechnic, Jos (Dip. Mech. Engineering), Theological College of Northern Nigeria, Jos (Bachelor of Divinity Degree), Redcliffe College, UK (MA, Missions), University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa (MTh, Theology and Development), University of KwaZulu Natal (PhD candidate 2019 till date.). The title of my doctoral research is "A Socio-religious Examination of the Churches’ Response to the Impact of Climate Change on Sustainable Livelihoods in Plateau State of Nigeria". The research examines how climate change is impacting the livelihoods of the local indigenous farmers and the Fulani herders in Nigeria causing an adverse (violent conflict) on the social and religious life of the people. It also explores how the Christian religious leaders are responding to the problem.
