Nora Laetitia Monzer has joined the Research Programme as a Humboldt-Malteser Research Fellow on Religion and Development in Northern Iraq.
She will study the motivations of internally displaced persons to return to their area of origin (especially the Ninewa Plains in Iraq/Kurdistan) as well as their reasons to remain in displacement in post-Daesh Iraq.
Nora holds a master’s degree in Religion and Culture from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
